According to Omdia forecasters, South Korea is the most advanced 5G internet service provider in the world, with an estimated 5.88 million 5G-enabled devices. Or 10% of all devices in use in this country. However, Switzerland is the second-largest country after Kuwait was ousted, out of a total of 426 cities and towns in Switzerland, up 80%. That covers 5G, and as of May, the number of cities and towns with 5G has increased to 525. However, Omdia also confirmed that the number of devices running 5G in the country is still limited.
